Our building provides a cafe space and fruit shop named "Fruits & Sweets Hoshi Fruits".

A patissier who was born in Yanai makes western-style genuine sweets and cakes using carefully-selected ingredients. Butter cake using Kanro Joyu (vintage soy sauce) was ranked at the Top of Yamaguchi's Confectionary Contest in 2013. The special-flavoured dough uniquely produces a gentle and mild sweetness.

We are a confectionary shop selling our original sweets using unique local ingredients, such as Kanro Joyu (vintage soy sauce) and Jinenjo (Japanese wild yam). Many other fresh cakes using highest quality whipped cream, and Japanese sweet called "Doppo" named after Mr. Doppo Kunikida, the great novelist in modern Japan, are our popular lines.
